Shipping your order

Packages are generally dispatched within 48 hours after receipt of payment only for products in stock.

Products requiring manufacturing on demand, personalized stickers, specific decorations, reproduction work on vintage vehicle decorations..., account for 8 to 15 Days manufacturing then 48h shipping, 5 days for international or "hors france" in Europe.

Deadlines start as soon as digital mock-ups are validated for products made to order.

The standard shipping method is Colissimo suivi 48h, delivered against signature including insurance, or Chronopost en point relais always with insurance.

Over a certain weight or size of your package, a carrier such as DHL, DpD or UPS will be commissioned.

Whichever shipping method you choose, we will provide you as soon as possible with a link that will allow you to track the delivery of your package online.

Shipping costs include packaging, handling and postage + insurance.
Packages are oversized and protected.

Return:

On receipt of your package, please check its condition. If you observe that the package is in poor condition, that it has been opened or that its contents are incomplete, you must refuse the package with your carrier, mentioning the reasons. If necessary, make a note of "Under reserve" with the carrier if the package is damaged.

The package will be returned to us. We undertake to return the goods as soon as possible.
