A little history

Emblem originally used by frisco bikers owners of Harley Davidson motorbikes. It comprises the "number 1" which is drawn inside the bars and stars of the American flag.

Later this number 1 was adopted by the brand itself and intended to signify the primacy of truly American motorbikes against the invasion into the Japanese motorbike market.
